How are you paid?

Performance-based. No salary or monthly retainer — I earn an agreed commission on attributable, collected revenue. The exact rate depends on your product, price range and sales cycle, and we set it in writing before I start.

What counts as a closed deal, and when is commission earned?

Defined in writing up front. Commission is typically tied to collected revenue, with attribution rules and clawback on cancellations or refunds agreed before any selling begins. No ambiguity on either side.

Do you generate leads too?

No — I close. You bring the qualified lead flow; I own the conversation from discovery to close. If you don't have consistent leads yet, I'll tell you straight: you need demand before you need a closer.

Do you work exclusively in my market?

Often one company per industry or territory, to avoid conflicts. We agree on account ownership and exclusivity up front.

What do you need from me?

Consistent qualified leads, a proven offer and pricing, product training and access to decision-makers, CRM access (or willingness to use one), and fulfillment you can deliver on. I'll also sign an NDA before we discuss anything sensitive.
